A most unpleasant experience To be fair, it was not really your fault. You are however, the face of the manufacturors you represent. Therefore, you have to accept the backlash. The delays were too long. The product itself is a good design, but lacks the sturdiness in my opinion (corners were cut). In this day and age, I guess this is the new " business as usual."
