My only “challenge” was on 2 occasions when LSW was exceptionally busy and dispatched a “sub-contractor“ who did not meet LSW standards of courtesy and comfort. My concerns were noted and I now, only receive an LSW chauffeur and vehicle🌟 For personal and profession needs, LSW remains my #1 choice!

Driver was great, Office Support Less So Driver was great, arrived on time and drove carefully. I didn't have as much confidence in the person who answered the phone. I am not even sure she said the name of the company when she answered, so I initially wasn't sure I had called the right place.

The drivers are professional but friendly and always know the route. They might charge a little more than the going rate but to us it's worth it.
