The website didn't have a phone number. This made me nervous as you could imagine. There is a website. I didn't have high hopes but I gave it a shot. They responded right away. I was so impressed. I explained what happened and they were understanding and helpful. They tried to fix the problem and find the part I needed. When I asked for a refund it was issued right away with no problems at all. Even though there was a hiccup in the transaction, they really came through.
