ITDo not pay for „better“ service The platform is just a big story without any useful content. It looks nice, and it makes promises, if you believe in them, you will highly likely be absolutely disappointed. Trying to liaise with the customer service and getting constantly ignored is only one gimmick I’m experiencing. Not only that I have paid for the premium service which is not working to date but I don’t get any response from the support team why and a fix, even worse not a refund because of the service not working. To my opinion this is very close to a scam, which probably is quite common in the Internet in these days, but disappointing anyway.

GBAtrocious customer service Atrocious customer service and technical support. I've tried to make contact with the team at Not Actively Looking over half a dozen times over the last 9 months or so - not a single response. In short, their activation email doesn't get sent - I've reapplied (same problem); checked spam etc. and it's definitely nowhere to be found. I've reached out on numerous occasions, all unsuccessfully, to highlight this issue and to ask for a resolution, all to no avail. Awful experience.
