Poor quality at very high price Poor quality at very high price. Their sales executive promised me that quality is very good and suitable for canadian weather. Unfortunately its not good for snow and rainy weather. When i made complaint and ask them to return their sales executive denied as they don't have any return policy and also threaten me not to post any review. I don't recommend these mats and this company for any product.

If I could give ZERO stars If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I should have gone with my instincts. The lack of reviews as well as the negative reviews on Reddit told me to beware, but I wanted these mats. LASER MEASURED, MY BUTT! They were cut wrong, had to overlap them in the middle of the Navigator, creating a trip hazard for passengers. We sent them back, even though they were taking a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs. We shipped the package back, received tracking information that it had arrived at the country of origin, and they refused delivery. In fact, they shipped it back to us and kept all the money. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Never a doubt when it comes to customer… Never a doubt when it comes to customer service with F1mats. Though the first set on my 4Runner wasn’t perfect, I contacted F1 mats and they not only quickly sent out a corrected set, they kept in constant contact to ensure things went smoothly. They even checked after I installed the new set! Now, how many companies do that today? Thank you all so much for everything!
