GBA word of advice get pics of your part… A word of advice get pics of your part l bought a hard to find transmission for a 1988 dodge raider the transmission arrived with striped fill and drain plugs bent and rusted inspection plates l had to take the parts off my old transmission l was told the transmission l bought was ready to put in it was not!!

GBSean Dcruz was a true Rockstar when it… Sean Dcruz was a true Rockstar when it comes to Diligence, Persistance and Top Shelf Customer Service….. he went out of his way to work late into the night and over the weekend to try to find my discontinued part. He even made over 60 phone calls to local dealerships and salvage yards to try to help me. However with his perseverance and determination after searching for me he finally came up with an ingenious way to find and locate the part for me, when so, so many others…. GBI want to update the review I had… I want to update the review I had given. My problem was a misunderstanding and Sean was prompt to repair the issue once he was aware of the issue I had. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my interaction with this company he was professional and did everything to resolve it quickly and fairly. Excellent customer service without a attitude like most places give. If you need a part these guys will do their utmost to help you with your item and you will be treated with respect and understanding.
