Sandal Huddersfield Mini - Excellent!!! Always a fabulous welcome at Sandal Huddersfield Mini, extremely helpful and it’s a huge plus that Dogs are welcome in the showroom 🐾 nothing is too much trouble. I purchased a new Mini on 10/09/2023 with Gary, the entire process was seem less… as always! I part exchanged my current BMW 1 series, which I had purchased brand new from the BMW side of Sandal Huddersfield 2.5 years ago, again with Gary and received the same excellent service! Prior to purchasing from here I had used the BMW service department for my company vehicle and this is what initially lead to me making a purchase, purely due to their professionalism and high standards of service. I would highly recommend Sandal Huddersfield Mini and BMW and will continue to purchase and use their services going forward.

What a great experience What a great experience. Dec was knowledgeable about all the different Mini’s. He matched my needs to the best vehicle for me, taking into account budget and what I need a car for and the sort of driving I’d be doing, urban/ rural. Dec worked really hard to ensure all my requests and requirements were met. The pick up day was very exciting and Dec was there to welcome me. We did a check of the vehicle to ensure it was what I expected. Then Dec sat with me and talked me through all the tech, in car as well as the Mini app, that was available. Getting me set up so the Mini was to my specifications. What a marvellous experience with Dec at Sandal Mini Huddersfield. Apart from Dec’s wonderful service. There was a warm greeting from reception staff and plenty of refreshments on offer. I certainly enjoyed the drinks and biscuits on offer. I also met Ange and truly nothing was too much trouble for Dec and Ange. Any problems or questions just to give them a call. Such great reassurance that I can call and ask questions as I need to, that’s great after sales service. Would highly recommend Sandal Mini Huddersfield.

Seeing as though my last review was… Seeing as though my last review was removed; wouldn’t recommend these to anyone. Brilliant sales, but after care is shocking and they don’t carry out agreed work before you collect the car. Was told our car would receive a service before collection, didn’t happen. Gave them chance to rectify to be told ‘we wouldn’t have agreed to a service’. Car had to be cleaned infront of us upon collection because the valet team had done such a poor job. Car required a new front grill which was also not sorted for collection day. Avoid like the plague

Five Stars Absolutely awesome Alex was so helpful the handover was absolutely incredible photos coffee friendly banter all the staff at Sandal are easygoing and helpful would recommend to anyone thank you
