10 OUT OF 10 FOR FRAN! Purchased my new MINI today and am delighted with it and with the service I received. Fran and Chris were extremely helpful and made everything really simple for me. Car looked beautiful with my big red bow on front and it felt really special. Hand over was excellent, Fran made sure I was totally happy with everything before I left.
