Whenever problems have come, they have been faithful to take care of them, usually in a timely manor, but have always found the solution or fixed the problem. Many have offered their services to replace our existing system, but I feel confident enough in the FTS group, that our choice is to stay the course and work into the next phase and work towards excellence.
