Terrible people Terrible customer service. Its been 3 months and I still havent received a refund. Being fed with lies everytime I email them. Big company yet acting no better than scammers.

VRSF Charge Pipe & TS Raceport BOV Tiago's customer service is absolutely flawless. I asked if I could substitute the black version of the BOV for the blue and he went out of his way to make sure I got the one I wanted. Also offered a full refund on my O2 sensor fix for catless DPs that I didn't end up using/needing even a year later. Top notch. I'm a repeat customer and will be getting the remainder of my mods I want that are offered from VRSF.

Fantastic service Ordered some DCIs for my BMW E90 shipped to New Zealand. Order came pretty quickly but there was a minor freight issue. Emailed VRSF and got an immediate response and resolution. The mark of an organisation is how they handle customer service and recovery. Top class from VRSF.

DCI for E93 BMW Convertible We ordered a DCI kit for my son's 2008 BMW 335i convertible. The cones look and feel great, and the installation was pretty simple as we followed along with a VRSF specific video we found on YouTube. It took us 30 minutes, and we are not weekend wrench turners or track rats. We do basic maintenance and mods, not much else. All in all, a fun and quick project. The product seems excellent but I'm giving them 4 stars because of communications. I placed my order which was immediately accepted/confirmed, but they did not give an ETA on fabrication or shipping. Three weeks later I got a shipping notification. A simple, "lead time is x-y weeks" would have stopped me from wondering what was going on.
