Shipping options The only downside of the service I received from y'all was that the only shipping option is FedEx. My order was scheduled to arrive tomorrow, November 2nd. I got a text message today telling me that half my order would be here tomorrow and half would be here possibly on Friday. FedEx at least in my area is horrible and I wish that y'all offered a different shipping option

Great place to buy tires I bought twice 24" tires from Tires-Easy site. Very good price, great service and fast delivery. I want to highlight Customer Service and Claims departments. I got a sidewall bubble on one of the tire before making 30k miles. Customer Service recommended to take pictures of the tire with bubble and submit a claim. Claim department worked with me and provided good compensation for defected tire.

The whole website is scam and tries to… The whole website is scam and tries to rib you off. We tried to order two truck tires shipped to our address - which is a business. They didn´t care at all and Fedex tried to make money charging $ 204 extra for 2 tires. We tried the same with our second location which is situated in the middle of an industrial area. Same thing: Fedex called it "private" and tires-easy don´t care. Then we talked to our NAPA dealer if they would unload these tires. Well, again, even a NAPA store is called "private" at checkout and they try to charge extra $ 204.
