Tribute to our son I'm putting together a special project for 2 of my grandchildren. One is almost 2 the other hasn't even entered the world yet. Their dad, our son, passed away in December so I wanted to do something for them to remember their dad. I bought a replica old fashioned suitcase and I bought stickers of places our son had been to put on that suitcase. The suitcase is filled with all sorts of things that are our son. Great personalized customer service I ordered one sticker from here, kinda forgot about it. I received a call from a lady telling me they couldn't find my tracking info so they went ahead and shipped out a new sticker. I'm grateful they did, because i just got the second package but never the first. It had 3 instead of 1 inside as well as a hand written note from Nikki. Very pleased with their company.
