I ordered a motor for my 96 chevy… I ordered a motor for my 96 chevy tahoe. It arrived caked with oil residue all over and very dirty. Looks like it came from a city refuse dump. I told them I wont accept it and they said for me to ship it back. I am still waiting for them to send me a return address in my e mail so I can tract all correspondence. The bill came with 2 pictures of very clean motors saying it was illustrations. I told them it was misleading and false advertising. Carlos wants me to accept sending motor back at my expense and he will send me a refund less 30% of cost. I am sure these ppl R scammers.

I would give zero stars but I can't I would give zero stars but I can't. Ordered a engine was told was good standings. I am now having to change the manifolds on the engine. Very disappointed in the entire process from start to finish.

Great Part. Part was inspected before being shipped, then verified with picture and they communicated clearly and in a timely manner.
