GBWhat Happened To Your Customer Service? I am very satisfied with my Pure Power filter and your products are top notch. However the reason I gave you 3 stars is your lack of or MIA customer service reps. Sometime in mid or late summer I called your business phone number and left a message and sent an email with an important question and NO ONE responded! It seemed y'all were on a company wide extended vacation which left NO ONE to answer phones or return emails.I feel that is irresponsible particularly due to the technical aspect of your product. Maybe this is something y'all should discuss at your next company meeting. Other than that I support your product and have no problem referring others to your company. GBDid a ton of research Did a ton of research, comparing the standard paper filters and the PurePower filter, was very suprised to see the numerous benefits of the PP filter had over its competitors. I also purchased the Flo bucket to assist in cleaning, but have not used it yet. As for the filter, extremely happy to know I have improved the performance of my oil as well as won't have to buy another filter again.

GBI ordered a filter it was missing the… I ordered a filter it was missing the pressure relief valve. Pure power was quick to respond and send out right part! They are awesome!

GBanother filter... Four filters so far... would be five if one was available for my BMW! Oldest filter is on my 2007 Silverado. I can't be happier with these filters!
