GB1st & Last Experience 1st & Last Experience Ordered an in stock item on May 19th. On May 23rd, called... Had to leave a message about status of order. Got this email response on May 24: "We have to apologize for the delay. Something happened with PayPal or something with the system, it did not alert us about your order. We will get your order has as quickly as possible. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience. You will receive your tracking information when your order ships." Had to call again on May 30th, this time someone did pick up. Asked what the status was... Looked it up and eventually said, yes it should be processed soon and then be shipped. THEN>>Went on to say well there was the holiday (Memorial Day). (My thoughts - REALLY? The holiday was yesterday!) Got an email sales receipt on May 31st. Finally got the item delivered on June 6th! I purchased here because the price was better that all other places, including my usual CJ Pony Parts. Will NOT use again.
