We used Majestic Transportation for a… We used Majestic Transportation for a birthday trip with 8 guys. I couldn’t be happier with the service and trustworthiness of Majestic Transportation. James was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and detail oriented about tours and availability. I made a lot of modifications to accommodate our group, James had patience and also offered advice and reassurance. The two days that we used the transportation was flawless. James and Ms. Parker were prompt and kept the group on schedule. James also assisted with distributing gift bags that I mailed to him. Needless to say, when we do another trip I will be using Majestic Transportation again.

5 stars! Majestic Transportation deserves 5 stars! From the payment process, communication with James and Lexi, to our driver, Tyra, they made our derby experience wonderful and easy! Our driver, Tyra, was early and communicated as needed throughout the day and worked well even with some of our impromptu plans! She was kind and very personable. Our group of 6 couldn't have asked for a better driver. James was in good contact with me from getting the quote up to the very end and even upgraded our vehicle which was extremely helpful! Lexi was great and timely with answering my questions and the recommendations for food and places to go was a great touch! Our party really enjoyed the recommendation, Dasha's Bourbours. Overall, I would highly recommend using Majestic Transportations for your transportations needs! If I'm ever in the Louisville area again, I will be using their services again!
