One of TWO great experiences with TMat One of TWO great experiences with TMat. I ordered a new product that was a ramp with handles which worked with their cargo mat. After ordering, I received an email from the owner who had some suggestions on how the ramp could be configured and would be able to adjust the ramp before shipping. I really appreciated the contact, his suggestion and all before shipping. I then ordered the actual cargo mat for my truck and it was shipped very quickly and arrived in good shape. As I was out of state helping with a family matter, I realized I had forgotten to bring a rubber mallet which is recommended to help put the mat tiles together. On looking through the contents of my shipping box I was astounded to find a new rubber mallet included! I had not ordered one, nor was it expected in the shipment, but it truly made not only the assembly easier, but went a long way to reinforcing the importance of doing business with local businesses!
