Quality and great customer service … I was purchasing parts for my Discovery from a competitor and decided to try Rovers North. My first purchase I made a mistake and with a simple email Rovers North resolved the mistake and credited my credit card immediately. I have been buying all my parts from them and ever since. The parts are high quality and always well packaged. Thank you Rovers North! Highly recommend to all Land Rover owners looking for a great company!

Their service exceeds expectations Their service is excellent, When you have questions you can email or call. They also will special order a hard to find part. The person I talked to in one case actually test fitted two parts together (one from my Series truck and one from a Defender) to make sure the parts would work for me when assembled. Rovers North is also generous when it comes to participating in our local club rallies, and I appreciate that too.

Disappointing experience Waited a very long time to receive order. If I was repairing a customers vehicle depending on this order I would probably loose them as a customer. Besides that, one of the channels for the quarter glass for the rear doors broke when installing, the spot welds gave way and I had to apoxy the tab back on. I was impressed with the good price on rear tail lamp, but was going to order other side and the price went up $30. Overall wasn’t pleased with my 1st experience.

Do not buy anything from this place… Do not buy anything from this place shipping is horrible! I have two different orders status is still pending. My latest order was so posed to be overnight Fedex delivery for 61$ on a 46$ order. My car is sitting in a shop on a hoist and I can even find out when I will receive my parts. Also they are not willing to refund shipping saying Fedex is not responsible for weather delays.

Ignore their referrals... Very responsive re product questions and decent prices, however I asked them for a reference for someone to rebuild a 300tdi a few years back, $40,000 later I've got a Landy I wouldn't dream of taking off the ranch.. stick to what you know unless you own RBE that is... If you don't know, don't refer it looks terrible on you.
