No-Refund Policy. Beware! Find someone you can work with personally not these guys. This was the worst experience I have had with a company. They have a no-refund policy!!! Beware. My writer was out sick and after trying to reach them I got an email that they did not know their writer was sick. They missed the deadlines of drafts, and the connected me with a writer who just put something together. IF you are an executive or higher level job seeker do not use them. This is not a company you want to put your faith in for your career.

Wonderful Resume, Wonderful Experience Nicole was assigned to be my writer and she was awesome. She really paid attention to my requests and needs for my resume. And the best part is she finished my resume before the expected date. The resume was so stinking good that I only wanted very minor changes. So I was able to start applying to jobs as soon as two days from the time I submitted my request. And within the same week I was called for 2 interviews. This company really delivers on what it promises.
