Can no longer recommend this company Placed my order on 6th March. Today, 22nd April I still can't get any clear detail from their bot on when my order will be delivered. This is ridiculous. When you email them, you get an instant bot answer... "I’ve checked the status of your order #, and I see that it is currently waiting to be shipped. We have received your order and are working on getting it shipped out as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation once it ships, which will include the tracking information." Even when I ask to provide some kind of indicative date, their bot will not be drawn on it. So disappointing, although I am sure they are enjoying my money all this time. I can no longer recommend this company.

After a year in the weather Like any product, follow the prep instructions. That said the product has held up well for a year. I do feel however it is starting to lose some hydrophobic quality. My car never sees a garage and even though it gets a lot of care I think the weather is winning a bit here. I will however, continue to use it since compared to other coatings it is holding its own.

Happy that it's applied (g.o.a.t.) Dale was extremely patient and helpful in placing an oder of the G.O.A.T. ceramic coat bottle. The product itself is a tiny bit more work to apply, in comparison to armor shield ix. Also, I may have "over-done" it with doing multiple coats (more than 2) on my new car's hood panel (I could've sworn, 24 hrs after applying g.o.a.t., I laid a coat of the adams graphene ceramic spray & when applying this, saw "patches" & blockiness/sections of me doing the additional g.o.a.t. layer)... I guess, of there's a next time, I'll do a better of of controlling myself. Anyways, overall, car looks pretty impressive and wiping clean (bird droppings) is simple. Why can't car manufacturers sell us the brand new vehicles ceramic coated already on them?

Very disappointing considering the hype Hi, i had gotten the ceramic coating applied just 1 year ago and the coating has already failed leading to swirl marks, ceramic coating was installed by a professional detailer that has applied many other coatings to cars in the past and referred to your documentation. The car would have only be washed using pH neutral car shampoo that would have been ceramic safe. This is very disappointing and will never be using your product again as cost quite a bit for paint correction that I now need to pay for twice.

Great customer service and a great product … Great customer service and a great product.I did my wife’s 2017 Cadillac xt5 last year It took me about 6hrs to complete in my driveway and garage following Avalon Kings procedures and the majestic blue metallic paint still sparkles and gleams in the sunlight .Bug splatters clean off with ease even after being on the car for a week or two . I have bought more kits to do my 2005 Duramax 2500HD 4x4 with because the product has performed so well . Those that say that it doesn’t work must not have followed the correct procedures.
