Dishonest Ordered, paid for 4 tires, was told delivery date. Well that day came and went, tracking number shows a different state, posted response about getting delivered. I uploaded pictures proving tire mart “owner” . i paid tire mart for a product with shipping, whatever the case i did not get my paid for product and got no help from tire mart, i followed all recourses EMAIL, PHONE, VIRTUAL and nothing , well I the consumer did not hire fedex. Dishonest. No response from email or customer support. RESPONSE,, OF CORSE YOU HAVE NO IDEA. THE OWNER STATED YESTERDAY MY DELIVERY WAS TO BE THERE YESTERDAY YET ITS NOT YOU DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS AS STATED DISHONEST,, I REQUESTED A REFUND AND HAVE FEDEX SENT THE NON SHIPMENT BACK AND WAS TOLD NO;;;; very easy to say call, email. Well I have documentation of 12 plus calls, and 6 plus emails unanswered, as far as “owner” the “owner” responded in written form “documented as well” stating my delivery was delivered, hard to dispute written facts and yet I still do not have what I paid for. Go figure. FRAUDULENT, NO OTHER EXCUSES response 5-24, got a form response to my email from 3 days ago, no answer of calls , FedEx now states shipment is under. Tiremarts control Maybe they keep selling the same tires over and over again updated 5-25, no tires no money, but funding from cc company ..BE AWARE . update 6-1-23 NO TIRES NO MONEY HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR REFUND ,, YOU THE READER DECIDE ?? REPLY, tire-mart did try to block and remove all my reviews from other platforms but lucky for most they looked at my evidence and left them all EXCPT FOR TIREMARTS OWN REVIEW BOARD AND FACE BOOK LETTING THE PUBLIC ONLY SEE WHAT THEY WANT, DISHONEST, FRAUD,

Ordered on Friday 9/30/22 Ordered on Friday 9/30/22. They say ship same day if ordered by 1:00pm which I did. When no movement on order by Wednesday 10/5, I tried texting and calling (pressing 2 when prompted to check on order) and did not get through. Undeterred I called back and pressed 1 for placing a new order and got through! A very nice customer service person found my order and said it had been scheduled to ship Monday but had been missed, by this time it was a few minutes until 5:00pm when the Allentown warehouse closed. He told me if he was unable to resolve my issue by 5 he would be back in at 10 tomorrow and would call me back. Sure enough Thursday morning I got a call from him saying my order would ship that day; it did. Tires arrived in a timely fashion thereafter. They were a good deal. Having spent 40 plus years working is a similar environment I understand how an order can fall through the cracks, especially when a weekend is involved. Tiremart could use several more good people like the person that helped me so the wait time on the phone would be less than two hours.
