GBThere quick to take your money, slow to give it back I'm too busy to be micro-managing something I paid for and sent back for a refund. They were quick to take my money but were slow to give it back. That is very bad customer service and I will not be doing business with this company in the future. This company is very bad at communicating about this situation, along with not answering phone calls or returning calls. Very bad at responding to emails. They got their product back in the same shape it was sent out to me, and now they are holding my money hostage. Now I have to get PayPal to take care of this and communicate with them get my money back.
