A fair job with a few missed points. Update: I spoke with the one of the higher ups and will say I was quite pleased with the customer service and openness to feedback. The fact that they reached out personally was very much appreciated and they truly wanted to make a satisfactory experience an outstanding one. After speaking with them I will be continuing to have my vehicles cleaned by their company. 1/7/2024 Overall he did a fair job although he was a bit late to the appointment and he missed small details like the cup holders and center console. Also he said he didn't have all the needed equipment to get some spots in the back seat as I guess they were with the manager. My car looks much better but there is definitely room for improvement.
