BedRug Impact Bed Mat - Poor quality, and poor customer service The "Impact" BedRug bed mat I purchased was anything but heavy duty. I set a trailer hitch on it (which weighs about 60lbs) and it popped right thru the bed mat like damp cardboard. When I brought the issue up to BedRug's customer service, I was told to kick rocks - we only cover manufacturer's defects. If you have a choice, go with something else.

It took a while to open up the boxes finally and got the rims mounted, and everything turned out perfectly as promised 3 months when I called and bought the product. K&N Cold Air Intake Purchased a K&N cold air intake, came from the factory with the incorrect air box, Real Truck took care if it quickly, then I received the incorrect part again from K&N. Real truck helped out with a few pictures and I got it resolved pretty quickly. Great people over at Real Truck!
