Very solid mount and made of quality… Very solid mount and made of quality materials. Holds in whatever position I put it in, and stays stuck to the dash very well. Has a very nice and universal mount for the phone, or whatever you decide to put in it. Yes it's overkill for very light GoPro set up but I enjoy knowing that the Carmount Heavy Duty Tech Mount will stand up fine.

My order has not arrived My order has not arrived, even after more then 10 working days. The order itself says delivered, but I don't have it. No response on emails and no phone number to call them.

After exactly a year the carmount… After exactly a year the carmount started to get loose and didn't hold. Not just on 1 product, but all 6 I ordered. Told the customer service about it and they just ask me to tighten the screw and put some super glue. I did just what they instructed but didn't fix the problem. So disappointed, they stopped answering emails after.

Great mounts! Great mounts! I have purchased 3 of the minimal mounts for 3 different vehicles. All 3 work great! Best mount I've used in over 25 years of cell phone use. Their customer service is exceptional. I definitely recommend!

Did Not Honor Their Return Policy My Carmount arrived. Couldn't mount it in a stable place in my car, so I wanted to return it (per their 14 day return policy). Communication about the return was sporadic but I finally got the return address. I sent the devices back (in new unused mint condition) and they refused my refund because I sent my return without a tracking number. Finally I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Also, note that they are located in Estonia. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
