After exactly a year the carmount… After exactly a year the carmount started to get loose and didn't hold. Not just on 1 product, but all 6 I ordered. Told the customer service about it and they just ask me to tighten the screw and put some super glue. I did just what they instructed but didn't fix the problem. So disappointed, they stopped answering emails after.

I bought two of these to mount an iPad… I bought two of these to mount an iPad mini in my car which can't be upgraded to Apple CarPlay. Having tried a couple of other types of dashboard mounts which were useless at holding the iPad mini securely without wobbling, these actually do the job they say they will. I placed one Carmount either side of the existing car display and the supplied magnets on the back of the iPad case. It is held in position really securely, no wobbling or movement at all, and is quick to attach the iPad onto. They are really discreet and don't interfere with the look of the dashboard. Definitely recommended!

I also couldn't believe that they included 3 different ways to mount it in the box (dash suction cup, adhesive mount & vent mount) that way it's SURE to work for everyone! Very solid mount and made of quality… Very solid mount and made of quality materials. Holds in whatever position I put it in, and stays stuck to the dash very well. Has a very nice and universal mount for the phone, or whatever you decide to put in it. Yes it's overkill for very light GoPro set up but I enjoy knowing that the Carmount Heavy Duty Tech Mount will stand up fine.
