FIHigh quality product. Exactly what I expected it to be. Delivery took some time but products arrived in perfect condition. They were exactly what was promised, which is quite rare in Facebook ads. Sturdy and solid metal, quite heavy and mount keeps its position really well. Thightness is also adjustable. Package included two tape strips and two metal plates for phones, too. So, I ordered some extra plates for nothing. But it really doesn't matter. This mount was exactly what I have been looking for.

NLMy order has not arrived My order has not arrived, even after more then 10 working days. The order itself says delivered, but I don't have it. No response on emails and no phone number to call them.

GBDid Not Honor Their Return Policy My Carmount arrived. Couldn't mount it in a stable place in my car, so I wanted to return it (per their 14 day return policy). Communication about the return was sporadic but I finally got the return address. I sent the devices back (in new unused mint condition) and they refused my refund because I sent my return without a tracking number. Finally I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Also, note that they are located in Estonia. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
