They took care of my needs and even wiped down my whole car. Thank you especially to the tech Fonzo for going over the project with me after and explaining everything. Tanya the office manager provided great communication, and quelled worries as they arose with expert knowledge and good response time. I opted for full frontal PPF and the 5 coat gold ceramic package on a brand new Audi RS5 with every available option and performance package so I was a bit nervous about all of this. AJ was professional and funny at the same time when I picked up the car. When a few bubbles and wrinkles appeared on day 2 I of course panicked and doubted my decision to have this done. Tanye did a good job of chilling me out, and Connor did a simply fantastic job of fixing every visual imperfection with a propane torch, syringe, and scalpel. Do not panic people! No matter what you see it will 100 percent be fixed. The ceramic coating is stunningly slick and glossy, and the PPF is perfect and virtually invisible. I am very pleased with the whole experience and the 5 star finished product.
