Even after they sold me the vehicle they are helping me figure out something. In every other dealership, once you drive away that's it you're done, not with Auto Lenders! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I've purchased 2 vehicles within months of each other from Bill Holcumb. Both buying experiences were super quick and easy. Yesterday, I got a flat tire, but my vehicle didn't have a wheel lock. I contacted Bill, who put me in contact with Cole, who had my vehicle towed to the shop at their expense, to get the lug nuts off and put new ones on and give me a wheel lock. I just cannot express how amazingly wonderful it is to have a team who genuinely cares!

Auto Lenders...typical used car sales There was minor front end damage to the car. We should have walked away however they promised to make the repairs as they were cosmetic. They replaced the grill however declined to replace the front bumper cover. I expected more...to be treated fairly. Turns out the photo's they posted of the car showed the front end to be intact with no damage...looks like they damaged the car while it was in their possession... I'm getting estimates and will pay for the repair myself and seek reimbursement through small claims court... Cars break and I understand peoples frustration however this was avoidable and they could have made it right. I would under no circumstances recommend Auto Lenders to anyone.

Sells unsafe vehicles. I purchased a preowned Audi A4 from Auto lenders in Exton I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle and my mechanic recently told me that the problems I have been having is causing irreparable damage! I still have 3 years to pay on it! evidently, there has been known issues with this car so much so that there was a class action law suit I contacted Auto Lenders and they refuse to help I continue to drive an unsafe vehicle waiting for it to die on the side of the road Thanks Auto Lenders
