Fantastic customer service Fantastic customer service. The staff were very friendly and courteous. They are exactly as advertised, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". turns out my problem was just a bad connector. A less reputable shop would have talked me into a new transmission.

They deserve their great reputation! My 11 year old Honda Element had been making a terrible noise in the rear when I turned hard. It had been doing this for several years. I know I should have had it looked at earlier, but finances were a problem. Finally I took it to a repair shop and they told me it was the transmission and I should dump it. A friend told me to take it to Cottman. The car had long been paid for so even if I needed a new transmission, I still wouldn't have a car payment so I went. Turns out, there was nothing wrong with the transmission. The noise was the rear end differential and I might need to take to a gear shop, however Ray did some research and found a service bulletin issued by Honda for the same issue. All that was need was to change the fluid to a different kind. It worked. I can't thank Ray enough for going the extra mile and researching the issue so I didn't pay hundreds in unnecessary repairs.
