GBAS a constant customer I Purchased a… AS a constant customer I Purchased a finder for my 2016 Toyota highlander that was not directfit. I was refunded $135 but $25 was taking out of my refund because of so call discount. The $25 was not a discount but the money I earned through several purchases. It cost me $1000 dollars to paint the car. Who's going to give me that money back?

GBHappy customer I have been purchasing several items for different vehicles that I have ford and dodge. I have been using their services for about 10 years. Products good quality at great price. I have not yet had any issues with a bad part. I will definitely continue purchasing parts for my vehicles through them. Thank you

GBPoor Customer service Called to see why my package had not moved or processed in 3 days. When contacting customer support the message said sorry we are unable to talk to you and take calls at this time please email us. Which I did and to this day(week later) still no reply? So I called back and when option to order came up I hit that and low and behold they are still taking orders! Can't help with customer service but yet we can still take your money.My package said Monday the 27th and today is Monday the 27 th and I just tracked again and now its. Projected date is the 30th ...yet it took them less than 30 minutes to yank the money out of my acct. I hope I even get the part now? SMH

GBCustomer service is not the best Customer advocate team Maria, has resolved my concerns with satisfactory results. I did receive my discount after speaking with her. Thank you. Customer service is not the best, they never took care of my discount, even when I had the points available. I will start buying my parts some where else. Why even offer the points.

GBgood prices and reasonably quick… good prices and reasonably quick shipping, but I have a wholesale account and need to submit a resale certificate EVERY TIME I PURCHASE, and the fight for the sales tax exemption. Why dont you keep my info on file like every other company I do business with? In addition, when you call customer support you get a foreigner that speaks crappy english EVERY TIME. Why cant an American company hire Americans?
