lacking in communication I booked airport service for 2 parties. It took more work than necessary to make sure the bookings were appropriate for the flights.1 party had to call their office upon arrival and again at departure. The driver and vehicles were very good but the details weren't great. I believe it was due to communication.

Service from Earth Limo Pick up at our home for our departure flight was perfect. Return was ok but we had a little delay in the driver finding us. He didn't have a board so we could easily identify him from anyone else. Also I would recommend the driver not play the radio with his favorite tunes unless the client asks for it. I didn't complain as I was tired and he did get us to our house quickly. I will use Earth Limo again though as it is an economical and pretty hassle free way to and from the airport if you are planning an extended stay away from home.

Last minuet getaway My husband and I are proud empty nesters; and decided to take a trip to Las Vegas! Reserved seats for Cirque Du Soleil (our favorite) and few other shows and restaurants... But forgot all about car service. Went on line to a few sites, requested quotes. EARTH came back with an amazing offer for round-trip service from airport to hotel, with comp champagne! As Sylvia, the rep, was gathering our info she mentioned an all inclusive 4hr Winery Tour ...We hit the JACKPOT! She is the absolute best at weekend event planning. BET ON SYLVIA: you can't lose. #Team Pitts

mixed feelings Despite my telling dispatcher that we needed a large vehicle to handle 8 people with 12pcs of luggage we never got a limo large enough to make ride comfortable. The drivers were pleasant and service prompt but the ride was torture crammed into limo's with luggage on seats as well as laps. Should offer larger vehicles to handle big groups traveling together.

Great night made by flawless transportation. Great night on the town is Vegas that included a hectic schedule. The limos and their respective drivers were on time, curtious, professional and incredibly knowledgable. I recommend them highly. My only complaint ( and I guess thes system is to blame) is that instead of charging one price for the several pickups and drops off, the credit card gets separate charges for each of the trips. I think they need to fix that issue.
