Very often when buying car parts and supplies you need assistance to be sure that the parts will fit especially if the items are universal and not made for one particular model. Thankfully their support reps have always been helping me to pick the right supplies.

Vaclav Pekar is apparently the CEO Vaclav Pekar is apparently the CEO, purchased a part from him & his company "Cars equipment" He had been in touch prior to purchasing via email's no problems at-all but as soon as I received the product from them which is not even the correct/right part number I ordered, he does not want to respond to any email's whatsoever...try's to tell me that the part I received is correct but it is not!!! Also the part he sent me is also 20 euros cheaper than the one I purchased on there website. BEWARNED-SCAMMERS FROM THE START-THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE-TERRIBLE CUSTOMER AFTER SERVICE-AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES OR SETS A COMPANY APART.

I am changing my review because I have now received a full refund. The problem is since leaving the E.U. it is so difficult to export from there cars=equipment are no longer exporting to the U.K.
