I am changing my review because I have now received a full refund. The problem is since leaving the E.U. it is so difficult to export from there cars=equipment are no longer exporting to the U.K.

The products are sensitive electronics which makes them hard to delivery as numerous safety precautions should be taken and I am happy to say that they do everything that's necessary every time.
