Dishonest supplier. Dishonest supplier. Last December I ordered a 3 pack of 5 pieces of 12V 3Wc T6.5 lamps, they only sent 3 lamps and not the ones ordered/advertised on the website, I sent an email informing them of the error and received no response.

Watch out I purchased a product from this company and I am now facing a £66 duty and tax fee which I was not made aware of at the time of purchase. I have been speaking, for over a month, with a guy from the company who has been promising me 21% of the product price refunded. He keeps telling me he will do it or has done it and nothing has appeared in my bank. I am now looking at facing debt collectors from the delivery company.
