Does not work as Advertise at all! I got the chip stage 2 for my RAV4 and I let it in the car for 3 weeks (instead of the 2 suggested) and not only didn't improve the miles or give me more power but on the contrary I felt the SUV to be more lethargic then usual, and the miles when down by 3! I paid for shipping back ($11.15) and they also charge me 15% restocking fee?!?@ Their website states 100% money back warranty. I will not recommend this company to my worst enemy!! Update: They reply with lies as you can see below. I have contact them and send it back in the original box with no a scratch in the time allow. I have all corresponding messages and pictures.

Chips don't work and could cause electrical issues I personally used this chip for 6 months now and have driven close to 5000 miles with it. They do not do anything at all to your vehicle and could cause electrical issues like what happened to my 2010 Ford F-150. I did some more research and it looks like they have two reviews blogs that they own, one to help give positive reviews to their chips and one to give bad reviews to competing chips. I am not saying that you shouldn't buy from them, I am just saying that you should do a little more research before you spend your hard earned money on something that could harm you car. Tried to contact them 2 weeks in and they kept giving me the run around then they said they couldn't help me or give me a refund, its a shame, I really wanted to like this company and their chips.

So people if you get one through three stages you want be disappointed ! Well people like they advertise that it is no gimmick, well it's not I got a stage two for my 2014 Silverado and another of the same for my son , he has a beautiful 2011 black SS Camaro that still has under 50.000 miles on it and you can tell the acceleration in both his and mine such a big difference! That is what I like about the chips there is no hesitation anymore and when you are rolling down highway o yea and hit it around other slower traffic big difference. Now as far as gas mileage well I think it is about the same that I was already getting ,but I am very happy with them . I have got two other friends to get them and counting . Alright Smarttune performance chip manufacturer all that I put in this review is true and very happy. I should get a stage three for all the sales I have sent your way lol .

Great product and great company. Great product and great company to deal with. There are quite a few performance chips out there so a little research lead me PCT. it does as advertised. I ordered the Stage 1 for my 2016 CX-5 and after setting it up, the Mazda is purring like a kitten. It idles better, definitely is showing a performance enhancement and I can garner from these immediate results, the MPG is going to improve as well. Very happy with this addition to my SUV.

GREAT customer service I recently bought a GTE Stage 1 OBD2 TUNER for my 19 Abarth spider 124 and love it. Got it within days ! I then ordered a code reader, but only goymt the order confirmation for order 162080. I called after a couple of days and got right thru and it was resolved ! I will be doing more business with the for sure.... VERY RESPONSIVE
