It actually does work.... OK... finally got the miles on the chip that they required. It actually does work. Not sure how much horse power it added to the car but I can tell a difference in acceleration and shift points. I did hear back from the company about the questions I ask.. about a week later. I guess later is better than never... I am gonna get one for my 6.4 Ram next.....

I don't know why they didn't receive my email, but they really stepped up to the plate to resolve my unhappiness. They were really great to handle this situation after contacting me. Does not work as Advertise at all! I got the chip stage 2 for my RAV4 and I let it in the car for 3 weeks (instead of the 2 suggested) and not only didn't improve the miles or give me more power but on the contrary I felt the SUV to be more lethargic then usual, and the miles when down by 3! I paid for shipping back ($11.15) and they also charge me 15% restocking fee?!?@ Their website states 100% money back warranty. I will not recommend this company to my worst enemy!! Update: They reply with lies as you can see below. I have contact them and send it back in the original box with no a scratch in the time allow. I have all corresponding messages and pictures.

Tried out on two different types of cars save ur money. I am thinking about starting a class action law suit so people stop getting scammed. If interested let me know you can call my attorney.
