Unprofessional. I’m rating y’all a 1 because I purchased my order on the 9th of February & still have yet to receive it. I’ve called & spoke with Taylor & I believe his name was John? & was told my package was being held by the freight line company. This is totally unacceptable considering I spent well over a thousand dollars & I have yet to receive the head. Not to mention I’ve been told two days in a row now that I would receive phone calls back prior to your business closing & I haven’t. I called back again today & your business was closed, I would really appreciate an answer regarding my purchase.

Shipping took a little bit longer than… Shipping took a little bit longer than I expected because part of the kit ordered wasn't in stockI guess. The kit did show up but I wish they would have let me know about the delay.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! Put in an order for a programmer and additive on 4/22. Spent over $450. It is now 5/9, still no tracking number, no reply to my emails and messages, no answer to my calls, nothing. Its like they disappeared off of the face of the earth after they got my money. When you call it just says they are closed on both phone numbers. It has done this all day everyday since I ordered. I think several other reviews had this same thing happen. These guys are frauds and need shutdown! Like the title says, save yourself a headache and don't buy from them.

what's the big deal about this! I now have over thousand miles using this oil and I find it is no better than any other oil out there ( of course I have not done a oil sample,just seat of the pants) save your money go with mobil, shell or chevron.

Bright, shiny, polished Aluminum oil filter cap! Have not tested it yet, however, it appears to be of the correct specifications for the job on my '04 Ford Excursion 6.0L oil filter canister. Looking forward to many years of great service! Thanks, Steve M Reno
