About Little Power Shop

The about us page is perhaps the most embellished and over-hyped page on the internet. That is also because it may be the hardest to be honest on. So, I will just tell you about me and what what we do here. I grew up in a welding/mechanic shop. I learned to weld and fabricate at a young age. My first exposure to a diesel pickup was when my father bought a brand new 91 Dodge Cummins. The first time I let the clutch out and felt the torque a diesel engine had to offer, I completely forgot about the Camaros and Mustangs I had been fooling with up until then. It was all about diesel. This was long before there were aftermarket parts, diesel magazines, and more internet sites than you can count servicing the diesel industry. If you wanted a better running truck, you had to build it. Turbos, injectors, and other parts had to be adapted from industrial or semi trucks. You didn't pick up the phone and call anyone. And that's where my education came from. Sprinkle in a great father who instilled the importantance of being an honest business man and you have the makings of Little Power Shop.

great company to deal with! I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my truck, I contacted them to see about exchanging it and the very next day they had the correct part in the mail to me. Even told me not to worry about sending the original one back. Excellent service! Will definitely buy from them again!

Ordered on line and didn’t get a …never again Ordered on line and didn’t get a respond back or a confirmation. Nothing. Then when my boyfriend went to pick up the gift certificates one man was on the phone and the other man just sat there looking at him and was very rude. He had to wait for the the man on the phone to be done. Never again

Outstanding I ordered my oil and it arrived across the country incredibly quickly. If only all of my internet purchases were like this. Definitely will be a repeat costumer.

Great follow-thru service Ordered a full engine rebuild kit, got package really quick. Didn't thoroughly check inventory for month or so, and realized they gave me duplicate bottom end kits and not top end or head gaskets. Contacted them, and they sent out correct parts the next day and sent me a return label for duplicates, with no costs to me(competition doesn't give this kinda service). And when head gaskets got lost by UPS, little power shop was quick to fix that too. Top notch service, far better than say... xtreme diesel performance who I will never touch again. Little Power Shop will have all my future business.

Unprofessional. I’m rating y’all a 1 because I purchased my order on the 9th of February & still have yet to receive it. I’ve called & spoke with Taylor & I believe his name was John? & was told my package was being held by the freight line company. This is totally unacceptable considering I spent well over a thousand dollars & I have yet to receive the head. Not to mention I’ve been told two days in a row now that I would receive phone calls back prior to your business closing & I haven’t. I called back again today & your business was closed, I would really appreciate an answer regarding my purchase.
