I got offered $16.5k for my 2019 VW Jetta by Car Max and told Clutch about it to be fair Clutch offered me $15.1 next day $1400 less. This means they can take my car to the same Car Max and pocket my $1400 What kind of idiot client are they hoping for? Are you kidding me. Stress free and easy My experience with Clutch was ten out of ten. Wasn't sure what to do when I needed to sell my car. I ended up talking to a bunch of local dealers and got lowball offers across the board. A couple of weeks passed and I still couldn't get a fair offer. Submitted my info to Clutch and within thirty minutes an associate called me and gave me the highest offer yet. Communication was seamless and they picked the car up from my work on the day/time most convenient for me that week. Handed me a check on the spot. Will use them again.
