GBBAD Business! Ordered a part on "pre-order" They didn't provide an ETA so after a week I got in touch, and they said it'd be another week. After another week I checked in again and they said another week. After another week I requested a refund. They said ok, it would be 3-5 business days. So I waited another week, no refund. I got in touch with them again, and they said definitely by the end of that week. At that point I filed a credit card dispute. By the end of the week, still no refund. Finally, I got a notice the following week. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away.
