GBBought it for my car and have loved it… Bought it for my car and have loved it since day one. The youtube had to be updated so I googled it and a # for Florida comes up I call and bc of the time difference I miss them a few days. One day someone calls me back and walks me thru how to update it on a cpu, come to find out the guy owns the shop so not only did he help me he was genuinely nice and not at all irritated. GBBest add on device! Worth every penny. Put one on my Sound Stream Reserve head unit for a 2014 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited. Bit of a learning curve, but it works like a charm. Only problem I had after 6 months was resolved over the phone with customer service in 2 minutes. They even went as far as to offer to replace it if their solution didn't work. It did work and I am back to Cruising in style.
