I ordered a Axle from here on 12/20/23… I ordered a Axle from here on 12/20/23 and was told it would be shipped the next day. After not receiving a email from them confirming that the Axle was shipped I contacted them. Apparently the Axle was defective. So I was told they would ship another the very next day. This again did not happen. I then canceled the order ask for my money back. It is going on a month now I still do not have my money back in my account and every time I call I keep getting this run around that something to do with holidays well you know what no this place sucks they are not a top rate Auto parts recycler and they are overpriced as far as I'm concerned because I got the same Axle somewhere else for half the price of what they charged me

This is the worst car part service… This is the worst car part service ever. First they sent wrong part which new, then they sent a used one at same price. Then I don't know who decided to pull the white cable off the switch which is the vital part of the whole mechanism. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!! It took them over four weeks just to send a part that didn't work. Oh them he made a fake Fed-Ex label so that I wouldn't complain anymore.

This place SUCKS,I tried to purchase a… This place SUCKS,I tried to purchase a rim front them they first charged me $300 and I agreed even though I know it was pricey so they went ahead and charged my card afterwards he came back and said that the rim was no good and he went and found me a different one and then added another $100 so right away I said HELL NO never mind I’d like a refund that was 2/8/2024 now it’s 3/25/2024 and just like the customer I keep getting the run a round with the bull crap excuses and another thing they use the phrase TRUST ME ALOT so I’m gonna have to go with some legal action because these thieves have no intention of refunding peoples har earned money and to add insult to injury I didn’t even received the merchandise,so I say to everyone stay away from this company like the plague they are a bunch of CRIMINALS
