I ordered a Axle from here on 12/20/23… I ordered a Axle from here on 12/20/23 and was told it would be shipped the next day. After not receiving a email from them confirming that the Axle was shipped I contacted them. Apparently the Axle was defective. So I was told they would ship another the very next day. This again did not happen. I then canceled the order ask for my money back. It is going on a month now I still do not have my money back in my account and every time I call I keep getting this run around that something to do with holidays well you know what no this place sucks they are not a top rate Auto parts recycler and they are overpriced as far as I'm concerned because I got the same Axle somewhere else for half the price of what they charged me

Skydrive saved me lots of money Skydrive saved me lots of money. I needed a replacement LED taillight for my Mazda. The dealer wanted over $600 for the part. After contacting numerous recycle yards from an internet search, Skydrive was able to help me. They not only found the part but were very cost effective. The agent was excellent in his follow through. The part was shipped from Oregon to Florida in perfect condition. I highly recommend Skydrive as your go to parts supplier.

Bad communication So I order an part and needed it asap so I was in contact with them all the way. They even expedited the shipping for me and I'm grateful for that and they even sent me the picture of the part but the pic had more parts with it but it didn't come with it and when I received the item it wasn't the right part and I tried to call them but had to text them instead and all I got was you insured that it was the right part I will not be ordering from these people again

I am completely impressed I am completely impressed. The part I needed for my 2002 Lincoln Continental was no longer replaceable. Discontinued. I called Sam at Skydrive Autoparts and he found it! He FEDEXED it to me in 2 days! I was so worried I called him and cried and he reassured me that if it eas the wrong part he would take it back. IT WAS THE RIGHT PART! WONDERFUL INTELLIGENT TRUSTWORTHY businessman. Thank you SAM!! YOU ROCK!
