Making good on prior work Transmission failed just 16 months after we had a complete transmission rebuild and had driven only 7000 miles. Management undertook a comprehensive diagnostic and replaced components that had failed - AT NO CHARGE. Even though we were out of warranty, Cottman made good on their commitment to quality work. We are very, very happy.
