Shady Carhop is a shady ass company. They take advantage of good, loyal paying customers. I just got my 2014 Kia Soul on 10-29-20 and my transmission is already out and after paying a little over 4000 since then (big principal payment of 3500 dollars in December) now they want to be the cheap ass holes that they are and put a used junkyard transmission in my car. Paying the 3000 that's left and never going back. Kiss my ASS CAR HOP!!!

Guaranteed junk cars that need High dollar repairs Guaranteed junk cars that will need a high dollar amount of repair because the so called "warranty" is absolute junk as well. Do your self a favor and save your money. Buy from another dealer or private party. $10,000 bucks seems like a ripoff for the cars that these folks are selling at a payment of $88 bucks per week. You can get a much nicer vehicle for the same money without the worry of it breaking down and needing high dollar repairs shortly after you take delivery. I dont recommend this business.

I ABSOLUTELY love going to the carhop… I ABSOLUTELY love going to the carhop located in Lakewood. I'm never disappointed with them. I MOST OF ALL would love to give a big shout out to Jacob. Jacob was BEYOND AMAZING. He took his time and worked overtime just to make sure that I got Approved and walked out with a car. He made sure to go above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate that... Thank you Carhop again for providing me with such wonderful experience like always 😀👍...
