If I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would! HORRIBLE! I first got a car from carhop in 2021, it was great, not a problem. I went back when I decided to upgrade as advertised! It was good at first…..I decided to take the car on a road trip. It broke down, the engine, $3919 later, out of pocket I was back on the road with NO help from Carhop. Now the front end is having problems, the alternator is going out, the sunroof doesn’t work, which they didn’t even test! I found out it didn’t work in the car wash! When I contacted the Ft. Collins dealership where I got it, I was told to take it to a shop completely out of my way even though I asked for a local shop number! I’ve already put a ton of money into fixing it and now I have to take more time and money to have it looked at again! Out of pocket! Then pay to have it fixed till I meet the 250 deductible! At this point I have put more money into repairs than I even paid on it. I asked to take back the car and get into something that wasn’t breaking down, I was told no. They’ll take back the car but not give me a replacement!! I will never use CarHop again and I will make sure everyone I know, knows that it’s a rip off!

We bought car through them and 2 hours… We bought car through them and 2 hours after we had it the check engine light came on. I've been working with them for over a week and they are not responding to me request to have the car fixed.Took the car to my mechanic and it has bad back struts and is misfiring. Which that being said I don't believe that the car inspection was done properly or even done at all. They are giving me the go around and the warranty only covering certain things. The person told me that he did not believe the problem was covered in the warranty package. I would not recommend buying a car for them to anyone.

I upgraded it to a SUV. I am so excited. These ladies will go above and beyond to make the purchase happen. What a awesome early Christmas gift for me. Thanks again for all your hard work. Great customer service This is our 3rd time going to carhop to get another car in Hayward and Megan never disappoint my husband and I when it comes to getting cars. The service was great and Megan helped us get another car today and we are very happy and I'm glad that we got another car. Very happy with the customer service and once again thank you Megan!

Don't buy a car from here they're liars… Don't buy a car from here they're liars they'll tell you they'll take a certain amount of money you'll get the money then they tell you that they can't help you for 90 days which doesn't make any sense at all
