Quick shipping and prompt response to a… Quick shipping and prompt response to a question I had about a product, even though I asked late at night well outside of the hours at which I would expect a response.

Order wastegate Order wastegate, received an email stating will let me know when they ship, 2 weeks later, I asked for a status update. No response, Called no answer. Left a email to cancel order. Next day response. 2 weeks later still waiting on my refund. Terrible customer service.

Good products, terrible service. I want to support companies like this. I gave them my money, and I was shorted on my order after waiting 2 weeks to get delivered I did not receive what I paid for. And when I reached out to the company, I was ignored. I see he read my message but gave no response. Customer service is seriously lacking. Buyer beware!!!
