Poor Service, Good Transmission Service: 2 stars Even after multiple calls & emails to the company, I could not get answer of when the transmission I ordered would be delivered. Finally after getting in contact with a supervisor, I did receive delivery (about 1 month after paying for the order) Transmission: 4 stars The transmission was in good physical condition upon delivery. It shifts a little firm for my liking, but it is functioning well.

Never once did I receive any other email containing any information other than my order was received. I waited a week and called and they told me it would take 7-10 days to ship. It’s been 19 days and I still haven’t received any email or anything.
