This was terrible customer service This was terrible customer service, I am only leaving a one star because it is required... I waited an hour just for a quote on a set of tires while multiple employees were helping another customer. Then I was ridiculed for coming at 3:45 because the employee was ready to go home. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy, terrible service with an incredible amount of disrespect.

Wouldn't shop anywhere else! I found Custom Automotive after googling around shopping for off-road wheel/tire packages. So happy I decided to go with these guys. Dustin Brown was super responsive with calls and emails, extremely professional, and just plain cared about his customer! Hard to find that combo! Thank you for doing a great job! Shipping was prompt and professional as well. Perfect packaging, zero issues. Just one very happy customer. Thanks and keep up the great work! I sent my buddy here immediately after my purchase to buy wheels and he couldn't be happier either, thanks Dustin! Dustin at Custom Automotive has been the most involved and dedicated individual that I have ever had the privilege of dealing with in sales. I was so impressed I sent good friend of mine to purchase a set of wheels immediately following. I will be doing business with Dustin and his team for many years to come. Thanks again Dustin!

Outstanding Dustin was helpful in finding the custom wheel I needed. The prices are a whole lot better than other companies I've looked into. Further search of the site also shows their tire prices are better than any other place I've looked at, so I'll be buying tires from this company.

Awesome customer service! I contacted the guys at Custom Automotive while being deployed over seas. Their customer service was bar none! When the wheels I wanted were discontinued because of defect issues, They made sure I contacted them again about new ideas before they took any of my money. Furthermore, they exceeded my expectations when it came to knowledge about what would actually fit my truck. I will definitely be a return customer.
