Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. They lie about order not being processed and delaying the shipping. They advertise on their website free FedEx 3 to 5 days. You would have to add 5 extra days of bullcrap from customer service about not receiving the order

BUYER BEWARE I purchased a tonneau cover for my truck after finally receiving it I found parts broken so called customer service. Two weeks to get a new one sent to me so I opted to receive a refund. I was told 3 business days and my card would be credited I'm on day #5 no refund. Contacted customer service again "oh wait 3 more days" I have no tonneau cover and have not recieved my refund. Buyer beware there are better products out there. Looks good on their website but products are cheap

I ordered bumpers for my 2005 Jeep I ordered bumpers for my 2005 Jeep. Took forever to get them(2 months) and they both were damaged. They refunded part of the money. And promised touch up paint that I never received. Now they are starting to rust after only being on for two months! Sometimes cheaper isn’t better! Customer service is even worse

Ordered floor mats for a Jeep Gladiator… Ordered floor mats for a Jeep Gladiator without locking storage compartment. I received what I ordered, however they did not fit my vehicle. Their description was not correct. I contacted them for a return and got several offers to keep the mats if they refunded $20, $30 , $40. I declined and asked for a refund. They finally sent a return label. They said a refund would be issued in 2-3 business days after they received the return. It took about a week. Would not buy from them again. Way to much hassle to deal with their Customer Service.

Solid company to work with The tow mirrors are definitely a solid upgrade for these trucks. There is a little shake in the glass when driving at highway speeds, and the adjustment motors for the top mirror seem to hit a sticking point, but both of these are very minor issues as I can still adjust the mirror to where I need it and the shaking isn’t anywhere near as bad as some other brands. I do wish the front turn signal was wired to come on with the lights, instead of just acting as an indicator. Overall a great product though!
