Awesome buying experience I ordered my tires Monday morning and they were here by Thursday!!!! Awesome fast shipping!! The tires were in great shape and exactly what I ordered!! Incredible customer service! I emailed a question about my order and got the response I was looking for right away! This is my first time using this company and it certainly won’t be my last. I’m gonna get all my tires from here from now on. Thanks again!!!!! Devin

The carrier lost one of our tires The carrier lost one of our tires, so Aimee jumped in and made sure a replacement came in on time for a tight deadline. I really appreciate the above and beyond effort.

Gotta rename the company if FedEx is the shipper Placed an order on Monday, October 26. Was told it would arrive in southern Chester County, Pennsylvania on October 29. Made an appointment at my local shop for October 30. Today is October 30 and the tires are in Arizona. Here's a breakdown of how "speedy" it's been: 10/26 @ 8:08 pm - Shipped from Slidell, Louisiana via FedEx 10/26 @ 9:58 pm - Arrived in Los Angeles, CA No movement for 28 hours 10/28 @ 2:03 am - Shipped to Rialto, CA, 55 miles away No movement for 29 hours 10/29 @ 9:17 am - Shipped to Colton, CA, 6 miles away No movement for 12 hours 10/29 @ 9:25 pm - Shipped to Phoenix, AZ 10/30 @ 11:28 am - Shipped to Panhandle, TX FedEx discovers that PA is on the EAST coast 10/30 @ 11:30 pm - Made it to Waynesville, MO Denouement: The third shipping update that FedEx sent me claimed that they were going to be delivered on Nov.2. Then I suddenly received a message from FedEx saying that the tires would be delivered by the end of the day — and that was Sunday — which is a big problem because the tire service shop that I had them shipped to is closed on Sundays. 2) So I started to make what eventually turned into almost two and a half hours worth of phone calls to FedEx to try to redirect the shipment to my house, which is about 5 miles away. After fighting through countless online obstacles designed to block effective communication and dealing with a number of feckless “virtual assistants,” I at length managed to have two conversations with separate FedEx reps who assured me that they had indeed taken care of the matter. One even went so far as to assure me that even if the driver went to the auto shop, he would never just leave the tires at a closed business. 3) Thirty minutes after that last conversation, I got an email saying the tires had been delivered. 4) So then the search began — first, we looked all around our house . . . then we went to all our neighbors . . . then we drove over to the auto shop and searched all around there — NO tires! That’s when I emailed Speedy and gave 'em the bad news.
