Completely incompetent and should be… Completely incompetent and should be shut down. I have requested numerous time for return labels to Jay R after they sent me the wrong tire. I requested a return label on the 3rd of January and after many emails and calls he finally sent me a return label on the 12th. I requested 3 more return labels due to Jay R being a complete idiot and I refuse to do business with people that lack customer service ability and told me to “ watch my mouth” after I got frustrated with all the nonsense. Jay R and his team are running 3rd party mid man operation pulling their product wholesales that may be defective or returned. Who know with these people.

Well their sales department nice people… Well their sales department nice people they seem concerned when I haven't received my tires the first week after I ordered them when they said that they would deliver them in 3 days ASAP that's part of their company name which must mean as slow as possible. The worst horrible scandalous shipping outfit on the planet FedEx said they delivered my tires on the 12th when they were originally supposed to be delivered on the 13th. So on the 13th I'm waiting for my tires and then I look at my emails and they said they delivered them the day before which they did not I was here all day had my neighbors look check with them had a camera facing out my window all day long no FedEx truck came by. Wheels and tires ASAP customer support which is their company executive named Jay inform me that I should have checked the box to have my order insured in case it got lost. I didn't know they had such a thing but that didn't matter to him. They opened up a claim with FedEx then the claim was closed by who I don't know so on Friday 2 weeks after my order was supposed to be on its way I got a hold of the lady named Kim in the trace dept because nobody called me from FedEx with any concern nobody had called me from the tire company with any concern I took a lease out to buy these tires and the tire companies already paid so they haven't bothered to call me now the case got closed and I had it reopened because that Kim lady said she was going to get to the bottom of it and she didn't think it was right and of course it wasn't right cuz I did not receive my tires my proof of delivery form that was emailed to me said it was signed but there was no signature requested I did not sign anything I did not see any tires have not seen any tires and still have not seen my new tires that I owe it first payment on this week and I haven't received them yet so anyway they reopened my account because the ground shipper said he had talked to the delivery guy and they had left my tires in the middle of the stairway because they couldn't find my apartment. Mike Mauser who is the ground manager said he drove to my apartment and he found it very easily and that this delivery guy was scandalous pretty much and this delivery guy had compromised my credibility with the tire company with FedEx with everybody I've talked to I've talked to probably 30 people in customer service the trace department and blah blah blah. So the case was reopened one week later last Friday memorial Day weekend I find out they closed my case again after I had 100% backup from Kim in need Trace department and from Mike Mauser and from their operations director that my tires were not delivered and they were going to file a claim and to have my tire company file a claim which they could care less cuz they already got paid so to make a short story long I'm sitting here on memorial Day weekend still have not got my tires they close my case again and if this sounds long and drawn out and boring and frustrating and going nowhere you're absolutely right because that's what I've been doing for this whole month I've tried to get ahold of some executive at FedEx but they're all spineless the wheel and tire support guy spineless nobody has called me with a pulse to talk to me to straighten this out when I've already been told that the delivery driver is pretty much a scandalous lazy POS who doesn't want to get out of this truck and off his lazy fat ass to make sure the delivery is going to the right person so they just leave it out in the open somewhere or they sell it to somebody probably who knows but then you have the people who say they've never gotten their delivery because there's no signature required. In fact I've had one of my neighbors even say yeah you should just keep them and say you never got them and I wanted to punch him in the mouth.. cuz for all I know he's in cahoots with a driver it's so ridiculous it's so stupid that the shippers should set a standard especially the number one delivery company in the world fed up FedEx that when a package is being delivered somebody doesn't answer the door somebody doesn't come out and acknowledge somebody doesn't sign for the package the package is taken back to to the local Warehouse. And then you have to contact that person and tell them that they tried to deliver their order but they were not there so they have to come pick it up at the warehouse. Boy that's a real tough problem to solve but nobody at FedEx has a spine. Because you can never get a hold of any executive any management anybody with any clout to resolve a problem it's all you get is foreigners that work your customer service and probably illegal aliens driving your trucks. One month still no tires and their company's name is tires ASAP you make the call... Oh yes I am sure I ordered my tires from ASAP who could forget that name it stands for "as slow as possible". And my issue was equally between ASAP and FedEx

Very unorganized Very unorganized, won’t respond to customer, won’t give refund, and messes up orders and blames customer.
