Defective tires Do not buy from this company. They find every excuse on why they won't honor there tires. I had two tires that according to two tire specialist that saw my tires tell me they were defective tires. This company by seeing a picture tells me it was an alignment issue. Even tho my alignment was good and tires are balanced. They tell me there right and the specialist are wrong. Than the supervisor is very disrespectful and rude when you try to ask questions on how they are more knowledgeable by a picture than by actual people looking at the tires. What a joke. I'm gonna next file with consumer affairs and BBB, attorney General. With elections coming up I'm sure there will be someone interested into looking at this. Now I know why there reviews are so low.

I have the gaurd dog mud tires the… I have the gaurd dog mud tires the front driver tire has a buldge on the side from the inner side wall being cracked. The tire maby has 5k miles on them they even still have the little rubber stubbys sticking out all they could do is offer me a measly ass discount on another tire that was so unsafe it could have killed me. I highly recommend staying away from these tires they are complete junk and wore out nearly everything in my front end of my truck from the ridiculous vibration.

I would rate these tires 5 stars for… I would rate these tires 5 stars for the price point and the way they handle on my f250, but when I ordered them, it said nothing about being back ordered. I had to email customer service asking where my tires were. It took over one month to get them. I live in the northeast and plow. I need tires with good tread and my tires at the time barely had enough to pass inspection. Just put on your website a time table/back order when ordering. Thank you.

Horrible customer service, called a liar. I bought 4 tires in November 2023. I had them on my truck a couple months if that, I drive less than 100 miles a month, and the tires saw ZERO offroad use. One didn't balance easily. That tire vibrated horribly at all speeds. I brought the truck back to the same shop (well trusted pros who don't gouge tires beads and we drained the air out of it and inspected it and the bead where the remold meets is pulling apart. We didn't even pull the tire off the wheel just drained the air and pressed the tire bead down from the rim of the wheel (top side of the tire) and it was obvious. The woman I spoke to at Treadwright on 4/25 after leaving multiple voicemails first wanted to argue that I didn't buy "protection on them" (this is a defect issue) then told me I was flat out lying about the miles on my tires (they still have mold nipples on them) and I was lying about them being damaged in the install. She couldn't fathom the tire being defective all though ALL the forums warn about the issues above. So now I'm out whatever that hunk of garbage cost, have ate the cost of another set of tires, and have 3 tires sitting in my garage I won't mount. I mean if Treadwright stood by their product they'd send me out a new one so I could at least sell the set I have, or take them back as cases. I was hesitant about them seeing the reviews, and honestly thought about sending them back after seeing them but that would have been $300 to send them back, half of what they cost. You get what you pay for I guess. I love the Coopers on the truck now.
