GBNeeds lots of improvement. website should be well kept and up to date, customer service needs 1000 (one thousand) percent improvement. Body Kits sells parts which they don't have and me as customer if I wanna get it I'll have to wait between 6-8 weeks (if I'm lucky) in order for them to receive it and ship it to me. I also asked to be comunicated when item was back in stock and answer was that they are "too busy" to contact everyone...... well.... got parts once, I'm waiting for them but never again.

GB1st time buying from bodykits.com and… 1st time buying from bodykits.com and would definitely do it again overlooking everything thanks to j.d. and ivan who are excellent customer service representatives who actually make you feel that you are priority to them while also understanding that they deal with you as the customer and dealing with the manufacturer so definitely try them you'll be satisfied all you have to do is ask for ivan or j.d.

GBProduct showed uo damaged but we didnt… Product showed uo damaged but we didnt open asap so that i will own. However the worst built Product i have ever seen. They respond to you but will not to anything to rectify problems. Highly would not recommend this company for anything. Edit 12/8/23 As discussed in the emails there has been zero paint work done a can of quick check was used to show how terrible the craftsmanship was of the product. We dont have a issue with the shipping damage its all the poor craftsmanship and the fact we sent several pictures of that. Will stand behind the statement that you are a horrible company to do business with and it looks like your review status says the same. Wish i had looked that up before ordering from your company.

GBParts were extremely rough and cheaply… Parts were extremely rough and cheaply made. I spent $130 to send them back and they showed up damaged, manufacturer destroyed the parts and would not issue any refund. And since they destroyed the packaging without sending pictures to the shipping company it wasn’t covered under my shipping insurance. Worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Once they got their money they were zero help!

GBthe side skirts were not accurate and I… the side skirts were not accurate and I have to add some fiberglass work to make it fiot and match to my car. Byt he other side the surface came with primer but the surface itself was not smooth having valleys and montains all along the part, so my bodywork had to be more.
