GBDisgusting treatment Absolutely horrified at what I’ve had to experience with Dingmaster Bristol these last few days. My vehicle had gone in for repair, I was given a courtesy car to which the driver literally just handed me the keys & left. Nothing signed, no checks done, no discussion regarding the vehicle. When I went to use the vehicle a tyre error appeared on the dashboard. I took it to check the tyre pressure & put some air in tyres (which should of all been done before the vehicle was given to me). 2 days later the tyre blows! I’ve had to call out my recovery & have the tyre replaced. I called Dingmaster to advise, I also asked where I stood with the costs due to the fact that there were no checks done on arrival, no liability paperwork signed or anything. This was their drivers error! The manager Wayne completely jumped down my throat! ‘Oh so your expecting me to pay for a tyre you burst!’. No I’m asking you to simply refund me for a tyre I’ve paid for on a car that you’ve provided that was not checked!! He was rude & obnoxious. How this man is employed to deal with customers I do not know! Absolutely disgusting. Terrible service!

GBDingmaster - great customer service with a smile I would highly recommend Dingmaster. After someone decided to leave a fantastic birthday present by damaging my car and driving off earlier this year I chose Dingmaster through my insurance to repair the damage after reading the previous reviews. The unfortunate timing meant that I was caught up in the COVID-19 polava which added to stress as a protracted process ensued as parts weren't easy to obtain but I was informed throughout this process. There were also a few issues with the first paintwork completed. In my experience the true test of exceptional customer service is how the customer is dealt with when there are issues - Jemma, Mark and Paul were truly fantastic, kind and sincere and addressed the issues without question or making me feel silly for raising them. If you want to be certain that you will get a good job and even if there are some hitches, as can be the way with life, then they will be resolved by genuine and kind people then Dingmaster is for you :)

GBExcellent quality work.... Had 7 panels resprayed (following vandalism) and all 4 alloys repaired on my BMW. Really wonderful quality job, looks exactly as before - excellent value compared with BMW quote. Highly recommended.

GBAbove and Beyond normal customer service. I have used Ding Master before and was impressed with their customer service and quality of work. In my opinion the prices charged are among the keenest around. I have just used Ding Master again and it was an "urgent" repair, (Taxi Bodywork and cosmetic failure) this would have resulted in a retest and rebooking of the inspection by the local authority. As soon as I raised this the vehicle was booked in the following day and the work completed to an excellent standard.Above and Beyond normal customer service.
