All they say is "be patient", this looks very much like a scam. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back as they refuse a refund even though the part is STILL IN THEIR COUNTRY and they refuse to recall it from the carrier. I pity them if they have to be like this for a few Euros

Overall a very good service Originally ordered a Saab 900 part from them, part not available and my payment promptly returned. Re-ordered similar part which yes, took a bit of time to arrive in Scotland but it was worth the wait, a good original used part, well packaged and with fully tracked postage. I'd happily use these guys again.
