Disappointed Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in this company. They were quick to give us a quote but when you need assistance no one seems to be interested in contacting you. We booked an event and the driver was an hour late in showing up. We were not given any reason other than 'he got a late start'. Todate no one has followed up with us regarding this, even though we were told someone from customer service would be in touch. Very disappointing for us as the organizer and for the 40 plus students who paid for the trip and were left waiting for the bus.

Should be NOGO Charters... Should be NOGO Charters because that’s what happened to our group. We had to cancel our difficult to arrange tour because the driver never showed and they couldn’t arrange for a replacement for at least an hour and a half, thus missing the window of time we had at the other end. No notice, poor communication. Do not recommend.

Bus was on time Bus was on time, driver was ready as looked dressed professionally and had routes planned prior to departure. Could not have had a better experience chartering a motor coach than we did through our ride with GOGO Charters

This is the worst company EVER This is the worst company I ever dealt with in my entire life. Do not waste your time booking with this company. They have bad communicate. They are very very insinuative. My charter bus was paid in full 7 weeks in advance. They day before we were to be picked up, they emailed me and cancel our bus. The manager didn't even answer the phone when I called. So do not book with this company. They are a bunch of horrible people. Please book with a legitimate Charter company.

We booked a charter using the bus from… We booked a charter using the bus from GOGO and it was perfect. We had zero issues and had an incredible trip. Bus was affordable but it was extremely nice and extra clean because you could really tell that they took the time to clean the entire bus and make sure it's fresh before picking our crew up
